“Its not rocket science! well its not” he said the problem was that the information was not forth cumming, and those in the know; well knew. The fact that they would let me struggle with it for over an hour was frankly a type of torture. The manual was the wrong one nothing related and the items that did relate were to do with the operating proceedures for the advanced settings.
Then it dawned on me, that they wanted me to fail, by the witholding of the correct information; so I called tech support and stated that the manual was incorrect when I quoted the number on the back of the manual the tech guy stated that if I ignored all the instalation instructions and just pluged it all in he would do the rest from his end. 10 minutes later I got a call please restart your machine and call back to let him know what happened.
It all worked fine after that as I also switched on the monitoring tool so that any problem can now be fixed remotely.
